Level of Satisfaction of Employees in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Cabanatuan City: An Analysis

This descriptive research in Cabanatuan City, Philippines analyzed the level of satisfaction 134 employees small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study’s findings revealed that respondents were very satisfied with their working environment personal growth job content but only slightly enterprise condition return. top 3 problems encountered by SMEs an imbalance between work life, a disconnection policy formulation implementation there is no reasonable talent training plan. These have implications for future investigations along this line.
